Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1240 per week.

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 18 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: The role requires 18 months of OR experience with strong ENT and neuro experience. Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend shifts are assigned in an alphabetical rotation, and the assigned weekend shift may be days or nights. The department has a 4-6 late/call requirement per 6-week schedule: 1-2 late shifts per week, 1 overnight call from 11p-7a, and up to 24 hours of weekend call in a 6-week schedule block. One major and two minor holidays are required, on either day or night shift.

Special Requests: Only 1 week of vacation time will be considered within a single contract.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
