Residential Assistant

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Residential Assistant to support students in a safe, structured home environment. In this on-campus role, you’ll mentor pre-K–12 students, promote academic and personal growth, and reinforce MHS’s values of diversity, respect, and responsibility. Responsibilities include daily supervision, behavior management, and coordinating routines and activities. You’ll collaborate with teachers and staff to provide holistic care, document student progress, and help maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and orderly residential setting where every child can thrive.
