Residential Advisor

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Residential Advisor to live and work in a student home, supporting pre-K–12 students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. In this on-campus role, you’ll supervise daily routines, model positive behavior, and create a safe, inclusive environment aligned with MHS’s mission. Responsibilities include mentoring students, coordinating study and recreational activities, managing group dynamics, and collaborating with educational and support staff. Ideal candidates are patient, organized, culturally responsive, and committed to helping children thrive in a holistic residential community.
