Registered Nurse Float Pool Critical Care

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool – Critical Care. In this role, you will provide high-acuity nursing care to ICU and step-down patients across multiple units, assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based care. You will respond to rapid changes in patient status, collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and serve as a resource nurse where needed. RNs participate in patient and family education, documentation, and quality/safety initiatives while supporting a patient-centered, team-focused culture that values continuous learning and clinical excellence.
