Physical Therapist

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist to deliver evidence-based care across virtual and in-clinic settings. In this outpatient role, you will evaluate, treat, and progress a diverse caseload using digital platforms, remote monitoring tools, and EMR to track outcomes and adjust plans of care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team, educate patients on home programs, and support return to function and independence.
