Director of Medical Surgical Nursing

St. David’s Medical Center seeks a Director of Medical Surgical Nursing to lead our advanced Neurological unit. The Director will oversee clinical operations, nursing staff, quality outcomes, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. This role collaborates with physicians, executives, and interdisciplinary teams to drive evidence-based practice, patient safety, and throughput.
