Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in overseeing the operations of our managed CBRF senior living community at our Eau Claire WI location, part of our Dimensions Living portfolio.

What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Lead & Inspire Community Operations
- Partner with the Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the 40-bed CBRF community while ensuring exceptional resident care, service, and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership and administrative oversight in the Executive Director's absence.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
- Support department leaders through coaching, mentorship, and collaborative leadership.
- Promote a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and resident-focused service.
- Assist with Quality Assurance initiatives, survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
Champion People & Culture
- Lead the community's People & Culture initiatives by supporting recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Partner with Health Dimensions Group's centralized Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to support hiring and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and meaningful team member experiences.
- Support performance management by coaching leaders, facilitating team member development, and promoting accountability.
- Oversee orientation, ongoing education, and training programs that support team member success.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, personnel records, payroll processes, and applicable employment regulations.
Drive Operational & Financial Success
- Partner with the Executive Director and Corporate Finance team to support budgeting, financial performance, staffing, and census goals.
- Monitor staffing patterns and labor utilization while supporting operational efficiencies.
- Assist department leaders in achieving financial and operational objectives.
- Help ensure community policies, procedures, and required reporting remain current and compliant.
Strengthen the Resident & Team Member Experience
- Conduct regular community rounds to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor resident, family, and team member satisfaction while addressing concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Support Health Dimensions Group's Caring Above & Beyond programs while helping cultivate an exceptional experience for residents and team members alike.
What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Human Resources, Gerontology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- Licensed Administrator or ability to obtain Administrator licensure in the applicable state required.
- Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Minimum two years of experience within senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare environment.
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior living communities is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required; HRIS experience is a plus.

- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering accountability and engagement.

- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for corporate meetings and events.

*Wage range posted includes base salary with an additional 15% annual bonus based on Key Performance Indicators.
