Physician-Owned Private Practice Offering Advanced Neuroimaging, Clinical Excellence, and Partnership Potential

We are seeking a

fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist

to join this established, physician-owned private practice in

San Antonio, Texas . With more than 65 years of service to the region, M&S provides the stability of a respected practice with the autonomy, collaboration, and physician leadership of a true private practice model.

Opportunity Highlights

Become part of an established

subspecialty radiology practice

providing coverage for multiple stroke centers and comprehensive neuroscience service lines.
Interpret a diverse range of advanced neuroimaging, including

brain MRI/CT, CTA/MRA, stroke imaging, spine imaging, postoperative neurosurgical imaging, advanced outpatient neuroimaging, and PET/CT .
Participate in collaborative care through established relationships with

neurosurgery, neurology, oncology, and other specialty programs , including multidisciplinary tumor board involvement.
Enjoy a primarily

daytime schedule

with approximately

1-2 remote reading shifts weekly

and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient work.
Work within a collaborative worklist model that prioritizes cases based on urgency and patient needs while maintaining access to strong subspecialty support.
Participate in shared evening and weekend coverage with the ability to read both neuro and general diagnostic studies while on call.
Receive a competitive compensation package including:

Approximately $600,000 annual compensation
Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
Productivity incentives available
10 weeks of vacation annually
