StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50

This facility is seeking for a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Type of cases: clinic coverage-urology cases
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required: Active Wisconsin State License
