This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Call Only, week at a time - start 4 pm Friday to 7 am, Friday
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Type of cases: General Urology, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Board Eligible, Fellowship required.
• Licensure required: Active Wisconsin State Medical License
