Dialysis Registered Nurse

The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse for its South Burlington dialysis unit. In this patient‑centered role, you’ll provide skilled hemodialysis care, coordinate treatments, monitor complex conditions, and educate patients and families. You’ll work in a collaborative, academic setting that values evidence‑based practice, inclusion, and continuous learning. RNs participate in care planning, quality and safety initiatives, and interdisciplinary rounds while using advanced technology to support kidney patients across Vermont and northern New York.
