OT Team Leader

Encompass Health seeks an OT Team Leader to guide occupational therapy services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role combines direct patient care with leadership of a small OT team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based interventions for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. The OT Team Leader coordinates interdisciplinary treatment plans, mentors staff, supports scheduling and caseload management, and monitors clinical outcomes.
