Emergency Medicine Physician

Fort Myers, Florida | Full-Time Opportunity | Leadership Potential Available

Join a growing emergency medicine program serving the expanding Fort Myers market through a community hospital and multiple freestanding emergency departments. This opportunity offers a diverse clinical experience, strong physician leadership, and the ability to practice in one of Floridas fastest-growing regions.

Physicians will be credentialed across multiple locations, providing a mix of community hospital and freestanding emergency medicine experience while enjoying the benefits of living and working in Southwest Florida.

Compensation Potential
Hospital Shifts: Approximately

$300/hour
Freestanding ED Day Shifts: Approximately

$240/hour
Freestanding ED Night Shifts: Approximately

$260/hour
$50,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
12-hour shifts
Full-time schedule consists of:

12 shifts per month
144 clinical hours per month

Schedules generally released approximately 90 days in advance
Physicians typically receive 2-3 days off when transitioning between day and night schedules
Opportunity to work across multiple emergency medicine environments
Leadership Opportunity Available
Medical Director - Freestanding Emergency Departments
For physicians interested in leadership development, an opportunity is available to oversee operations across two freestanding emergency departments.
Additional Compensation
$8,000 monthly leadership stipend

Continue clinical practice while serving in a leadership role
