Student Success Counselor

City Year seeks a Student Success Coach and Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. In this full-time role, you’ll provide small-group and one-to-one tutoring, in-class support, and mentoring to help students stay on track. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and help create a positive, inclusive school climate.
