Charge Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a Charge Nurse for our Medical unit on night shift. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate and deliver advanced, patient-centered care in a collaborative, academic medical setting. You will oversee night-shift operations, guide bedside nurses, manage patient flow, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Working within UCHealth’s culture of innovation, respect, and continuous learning, you’ll mentor staff, support evidence-based practice, and contribute to high-quality outcomes while growing your clinical and leadership skills across our integrated health system.
