Family Medicine Medical Director
Coastal Oregon
Position Highlights :
- Balanced schedule with dedicated administrative time
- Reasonable patient volumes supporting long-term sustainability
- Clinic closed on weekends
- 100% outpatient Medical Director role in a community-based practice
- Established patient panel with strong internal medicine and chronic disease focus
- State-of-the-art outpatient facility with Epic EMR
- On-site imaging, pharmacy, dental services, behavioral health, and coordinated referrals
- Minimal call responsibility shared among providers
- Collaborative, team-based care model
- Strong support from APPs, medical assistants, RN care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and referral services
- Medical Director leadership role with meaningful influence over clinical quality and workflows
- Opportunity to mentor providers and participate in organizational strategy and growth
Compensation & Benefits :
- Guaranteed base salary of $250,000-$300,000 , commensurate with experience

Qualifications :
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative leadership style
- Experience working in team-based care environments
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience preferred
- Visa candidates considered on a case-by-case basis
