Job Description:

Overview: As a MarMaxx (Marshalls/TJ Maxx) Retail Marketing co-op at TJX, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a member of our internal team, supporting in-store, grand opening and gift card marketing programs for TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Co-ops not only have the opportunity to learn about TJX’s global off-price business model, but they will attend weekly team statuses and other meetings that will further expose them to marketing and cross-functional departments within our organization.

What You'll Do
The MarMaxx Retail Marketing team is looking for a hardworking co-op to join us for six months. You will be responsible for helping us develop marketing materials sent to our TJ Maxx and Marshalls brick and mortar stores. Your role will include the following:
/ Collaborate with partners in project management, creative and production departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects and deliverables
/ Contribute to the development of creative briefs for various marketing programs (e.g., in-store signage, grand opening marketing, and gift cards)
/ Oversee documents that provide our partners with the latest store information
/ Support gift card team with digital push notifications, to drive customers instore to redeem unused gift cards
/ Conduct competitive reports on other retailers’ seasonal in-store campaigns and present the findings with the broader team that will be used to inform future programs.

/ Comfortable working collaboratively in both a team environment and individually
/ Exhibits drive, resourcefulness and a willingness to learn
/ Required software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel

This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
