Automotive Technician | $30–$50/HR | No Weekends

RCC Automotive

Location: Bruce Township, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $30–$50 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $75,000–$150,000+ annually

RCC Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for Domestic, Asian, and light-duty diesel repair.

You'll have steady workflow, fair dispatching, modern equipment, and the independence to focus on diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

  • Light-duty diesel trucks
  • Domestic and Asian vehicles
  • General mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
  • B-Level skills or higher preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • Light-duty diesel experience preferred
  • Michigan State Technician Certification preferred
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Ford Power Stroke, GM Duramax, or Cummins experience is a plus
