Experienced Orthodontic Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (OA/RDA)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Up to $35/hour + Benefits

To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of orthodontic assisting experience
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Orthodontic Assistant (OA) license
Established orthodontic practice in the San Fernando Valley is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. We value professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- 4 days per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Travel between two San Fernando Valley locations
Pay & Benefits
- Up to $35/hour DOE

Qualifications
Required
- Active California RDA or OA license
- Minimum 5 years of orthodontic experience

Responsibilities
- Chairside orthodontic assisting
- Bond braces and place Invisalign® attachments
- Adjust archwires, elastics, O-rings, and coil springs
- Take digital X-rays, clinical photographs, and impressions
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Stock and organize clinical supplies
- Educate patients on orthodontic treatment and oral hygiene
- Support efficient patient flow and an outstanding patient experience
