Project Manager - Manufacturing – Manpower

Our client, who is a global provider of products in the area of heat transfer and fluid handling, is hiring two Project Managers to join their engineering team to manage large scale projects. The sole responsibility of this position is to ensure that manufacturing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specifications of the internal and external stakeholders.

Job Title: Project Manager - Manufacturing
Location: Tulsa metropolitan area
Pay Rate Range: $85K – 110K + bonus and comprehensive benefit package
Shift: Onsite required – Hybrid model

What’s the Job?

• Support engineering department throughout the bid process.
• Deliver manufacturing projects on time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage assigned project resources and make decisions within authorized limits.
• Lead stakeholder communication, contract review meetings and project coordination.
• Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is completed to meet the SLA requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in capital equipment, manufacturing or a related industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to be highly organized and detail orientated.
• Proven success in influencing the positive outcomes of projects.
