Now Hiring: Project Support Specialist

Auto Parts Distribution Center

Are you highly organized, analytical, and skilled in Excel and reporting? We're seeking a Project Support Specialist to assist with key operational projects within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.

Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm + overtime and as early as 5am when required.

Pay: $24-$26/hr depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze project data and prepare reports
  • Maintain project schedules and timelines
  • Create presentations for leadership updates
  • Support audit readiness and documentation efforts
  • Assist with ISO and VDA compliance activities
  • Learn and support logistics center operations across multiple functions

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with reporting, scheduling, and documentation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus
