About the Organization

Fortis Motion LLC is a pediatric outpatient therapy clinic located in the heart of Temecula, California. Our clinic is built on a foundation of compassion, employing play-based learning and therapeutic methods to engage children and facilitate their growth. We partner closely with families, emphasizing a team approach to ensure each child's therapy is effective and personalized. Our mission is to foster an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to explore their abilities to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate physical therapy interventions for children from birth to adolescence, ensuring adherence to individualized treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists.
  • Assist in implementing therapy techniques aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and overall confidence in our pediatric patients.
  • Utilize innovative, play-based strategies to effectively engage children during therapeutic exercises, fostering a positive environment that motivates them to participate.
  • Track and document each child's progress in detail, collaborating with supervising PTs to adjust treatment plans as needed based on individual growth.
  • Maintain open communication with families and caregivers, reinforcing therapy goals and providing guidance for home exercise programs that support the child's development.
  • Contribute actively to maintaining a clinic culture that is inclusive, safe, and welcoming for children of all abilities, emphasizing teamwork and respect.
