Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in performing thorough evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Implement treatment plans developed by physical therapists aimed at improving patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional capacity.
- Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, alongside advanced modalities to manage and treat conditions related to the musculoskeletal and neurological systems.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families on home exercise programs, the use of adaptive equipment, and strategies for injury prevention.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge recommendations in alignment with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with best practices and seeking opportunities for advanced certifications that benefit both your career and our patients.

Qualifications
- Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both patients and the healthcare team.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
