• Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities
• Support the leadership of the Executive Chef to ensure our core values are demonstrated each day to provide our guests with an extraordinary dining experience
• Help develop hourly team members and hold them accountable to promote internal growth
• Effectively manage financials
• Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
• Assist the Executive Chef with the back-of-the-house schedule to ensure proper coverage.

• Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Highly motivated to learn and grow with strong attention to detail
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• The ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred
