Clinica Recovery LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Monroeville, New Jersey. As a vital member of our physical therapy staff, you will collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Work Environment
You will be working onsite in a hospital environment equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies. Your working schedule will primarily be full-time, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing stability and structure to your workdays. Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing individual patient needs and recovery goals.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities efficiently under the supervision of PTs, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Document patient progress meticulously, keeping accurate records in compliance with clinic standards and report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising PT.
- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and at-home activities to promote continued recovery outside of clinical settings.
- Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in patient assessments, helping determine baseline abilities, goals, and periodic outcomes to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

The primary patient population you will work with includes individuals recovering from surgery, trauma, or injury, as well as those managing chronic pain or mobility impairments. Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
