Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Pasadena, CA, our outpatient facility offers a welcoming and collaborative environment for both staff and patients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific rehabilitation goals.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities, ensuring proper technique to promote safety and effectiveness in rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients on exercises and techniques for at-home care, empowering them in their recovery process.
  • Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, including assessments of range of motion and strength improvements.
  • Prepare treatment areas, ensuring that equipment is organized and ready for use during therapy sessions.
  • Contribute to an interdisciplinary team approach for patient care by effectively communicating within the healthcare team regarding patient status and treatment modifications.
  • Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
  • Maintain professional standards and ethics while respecting patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to elderly clients, each with unique challenges related to physical rehabilitation. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
