Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in performing thorough evaluations to assess and document patients' physical abilities, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists aimed at enhancing patients' mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical functionality.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, employing modalities like heat, ice, and electrical stimulation to treat various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a diverse healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about effective home exercise regimens, adaptive equipment, and strategies for preventing injuries post-discharge.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge planning while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and certifications, to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
