Key Responsibilities

- Implement and execute individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapists designed to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
- Administer hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation modalities to alleviate pain and enhance recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, which may include physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment use, and strategies for injury prevention to empower them in their recovery journey.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and adherence to discharge recommendations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
- Engage in ongoing educational opportunities, both within the organization and externally, to stay updated on best practices and advances in physical therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, specifically from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Possession of a valid California PTA license and the appropriate Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.

Compensation and Benefits
