Key Responsibilities
- Administer specialized therapeutic treatments as prescribed by a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on improving patient mobility and functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including patient progress notes and discharge summaries, in alignment with departmental policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to emergency situations with prescribed protocols ensuring the utmost patient safety and care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in chart reviews and team meetings that evaluate and enhance service delivery.
- Engage effectively in family meetings or conferences relating to the care and management of patients to ensure holistic support.

Qualifications
- Active license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of New York.
