Key Responsibilities

• Administer specialized therapeutic treatments as prescribed by a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on improving patient mobility and functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including patient progress notes and discharge summaries, in alignment with departmental policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergency situations with prescribed protocols ensuring the utmost patient safety and care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in chart reviews and team meetings that evaluate and enhance service delivery.
