Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing tailored treatment plans for a diverse range of patients.
• Deliver hands-on therapy that includes exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to support rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on the importance of rehabilitation exercises and activities that facilitate their recovery journey.
• Monitor patient progress by maintaining accurate and detailed documentation during therapy sessions.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated and effective patient care, integrating feedback and knowledge from various professional perspectives.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy to enhance treatment efficacy when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
