Join Carlson as an Overnight Floor Care Technician

Carlson is hiring an Overnight Floor Care Technician for a location in Monticello, MN. This position is a great fit for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments.

In this role, you'll help maintain floors and facility cleanliness during overnight hours using floor care equipment and cleaning techniques. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working a consistent overnight schedule, we'd like to hear from you.

Location: Monticello, MN

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 3:15 AM

• Approximately 36.75 hours per week
• 7 days per week
• Consistent overnight schedule
• Must be available to work a 7-day schedule
• Weekend availability required

What You'll Do

• Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Clean and maintain hard-surface flooring
• Perform routine floor care to help maintain a clean appearance
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and independently
• Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment usage guidelines
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues
• Keep work areas organized and professional
• Support overall facility cleanliness as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
• Previous floor care or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule
