Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the application of modalities as needed.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment approaches based on observable outcomes and patient feedback to meet their evolving needs.
- Instruct patients in proper techniques for physical therapy activities, ensuring they understand how to use therapeutic equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient care documentation while obtaining the necessary sign-off from supervising Physical Therapists, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Act as a vital communication link between patients and therapists, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of patient care and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights and recommendations based on patient experiences and clinical observations.
- Perform all other support duties as assigned to enhance the operational efficiency of the department.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
