Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor, document, and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal recovery.
  • Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, safety measures, and home care activities to enhance their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, facilitating communication regarding patient needs and progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality.

You will be working primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and conditions such as fractures, arthritis, and joint replacements. Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or a related field.
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
