Position Requirements

Description
Night Float Anesthesiologist opportunity in Syracuse, NY, in an area ideal for outdoor exploration at Crouse Health Hospital. Crouse includes the main hospital, and 3 ASC’s. You will find a collegial anesthesia environment as well as supportive working relationships with the surgeons and OR staff. The site has an excellent Anesthesia Tech support and Pre-Op Testing Center. Staff members work in a care-team model.

Salary: $625K with OB call taking

Case Assignments
• General, GYN, Bariatrics, Robotics, Ortho, Spine, Crani’s, Thoracic, Vascular, Urology/Renal, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Podiatry, Endo, EP/Cath Lab, Healthy Peds. 
• No open heart surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution 
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified  
• Current medical licensure 
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) 

Crouse Health Hospital, $625K, $100K Sign on Incentive; 26 weeks on/ 26 weeks off
