Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1790 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Paragon is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. No previous employment allowed at this facility. Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.

Unit Details: Common diagnoses include CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, and CKD; the unit provides med-surg/telemetry care. Telemetry monitor techs monitor patients, but RNs must be able to read telemetry strips. Patients may require CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is required. Holidays are required.

Floating Requirements: First to float to all med-surg and Tele units if needed.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
