Full job description

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full time in partner schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. You’ll build strong relationships, provide one-on-one and small group tutoring, monitor attendance, and coach students in goal-setting and positive behavior. Working within a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, support classroom activities, and help lead after-school and enrichment programs.
