Milea Truck Sales & Leasing is expanding fast, and we’re looking for Milea Truck Sales & Leasing is hiring a motivated Service Advisor to join our high-volume, well-established service department.

As the largest commercial truck provider in the Tri-State and NJ region, we offer a level of consistent workflow, fleet business, and operational support that allows advisors to stay productive and maximize their earnings.

Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact for service needs
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding estimates, timelines, and updates
• Recommend services and maintenance based on vehicle needs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive, diesel, or commercial fleet)
• Truck Service Writer experience highly desired!
• Advisors from automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or similar dealership backgrounds are encouraged to apply – your experience translates well here!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work well with others
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
