Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Rockford Therapy Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Guiding patients through a range of therapeutic exercises, ensuring adherence to prescribed protocols while promoting safety and effectiveness.
• Educating patients on proper body mechanics and effective exercise techniques, while also developing home exercise programs to support recovery.
• Administering therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, always under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, including recording changes in range of motion and overall functional improvement.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Rockford Therapy Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
