As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will support students’ academic growth and social-emotional development in partner schools. Working on a diverse, collaborative team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, lead classroom activities, support enrichment and after-school programs, and help create an inclusive, positive school climate. You’ll build strong relationships with students, track their progress, and communicate with teachers.
