Full job description

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a public school as part of a diverse AmeriCorps team supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. You will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, track student progress, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Collaborating closely with teachers and teammates, you’ll model leadership, promote social justice, and receive ongoing training and professional development to advance your own skills and career.
