K-12 Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor at City Year, you will serve in public schools to provide targeted academic tutoring, in-class support, and consistent mentoring to help students succeed. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning team, you’ll lead small-group and one-on-one sessions, track student progress, and collaborate with teachers to reinforce classroom learning. You’ll model positive behavior, build strong relationships, and foster an inclusive, growth-focused environment.
