LVN Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse for double weekend shifts to lead compassionate, person-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver clinical care, administer medications and treatments, and oversee nursing assistants to ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapy, and physicians, support care planning and documentation, and model our servant-leadership culture of faith-based values, integrity, and teamwork while helping residents recover and thrive.
