Kitchen Manager

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong culinary leader who is passionate about food quality, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality and efficient execution.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop back-of-house team members.
• Manage food, labor, and inventory costs while maintaining profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Maintain recipe, portion, and presentation standards.
• Oversee scheduling, ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing food and labor costs.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
