Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient progress, responses to treatments, and any necessary adaptations to therapy in accordance with established protocols.

• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout therapy sessions by closely observing their physical and emotional states.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, addressing any concerns that may affect recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and insurance guidelines, ensuring transparency in patient care.

In this position, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as patients with chronic pain and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assisting program is mandatory, showcasing your foundational knowledge in physical therapy principles.
• A valid California PTA license is required to practice within the state, ensuring you meet the regulatory standards for providing therapeutic care.

Compensation and Benefits

Revitalize PT and Fitness Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
