Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the implementation of specialized treatment plans focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, analyzing their responses to treatment in real-time to make necessary adjustments for optimal recovery.
• Educate patients about their condition, teach proper exercise techniques, and instruct them on home exercise regimens to reinforce treatment goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervising Physical Therapists regarding patient status and rehabilitation goals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Maintain a positive clinical environment that prioritizes safety and cleanliness, encouraging an atmosphere of healing and support.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, celebrating milestones and providing emotional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Strive Force, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program and eligibility for licensure in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
