Pro Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Rehabilitation Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team in Fullerton, California. Work Environment
Located onsite within a state-of-the-art hospital facility in Fullerton, California, our team collaborates in a supportive and dynamic environment. The clinic is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology, ensuring that you have access to the tools and resources needed to deliver effective patient care. Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in executing individualized treatment plans, targeting improvements in patients' mobility and strength.
- Guide patients through various therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities, designed to enhance physical well-being and alleviate pain.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and home exercise regimens to promote ongoing recovery.
- Administer modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold packs under the direct supervision of a physical therapist.
- Document and monitor patient progress effectively—tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and overall functional abilities.
- Prepare treatment areas, ensuring equipment is clean and organized for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational and speech-language therapists, to maximize patient outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement, fostering a motivating and positive atmosphere for patients.
- Uphold ethical standards of practice, maintaining confidentiality and respecting the rights of patients at all times.

Qualifications
- Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits
