Key Responsibilities
As a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting licensed Physical Therapists in the application of individualized treatment plans, focusing on enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Leading patients through targeted therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities to promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
- Educating patients on body mechanics, appropriate exercise techniques, and creating home exercise programs to bolster their recovery.
- Administering therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy under the supervision of Physical Therapists.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress related to range of motion, strength improvements, and overall functionality, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Preparing and organizing treatment areas and therapy equipment to facilitate smooth sessions.
- Collaborating effectively with other professionals, such as Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to coordinate seamless patient care.
- Providing consistent emotional support and encouragement, contributing to a nurturing, positive rehabilitation environment.
- Adhering strictly to ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality throughout the care process.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- A valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

- Proficiency in the application of therapeutic techniques and modalities under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
