Work Environment

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Physic Rehab Services LLC, you will:

  • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring each patient's unique needs are met.
  • Evaluate patient progress through regular chart reviews and assessments, providing feedback and adjustments to the treatment process as necessary.
  • Perform various therapeutic procedures and interventions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of orthopedic protocols and safety standards.
  • Document all patient encounters and treatment sessions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Engage in patient education by instructing patients and their families on exercises and home care practices to promote recovery and prevent re-injury.
  • Maintain and update patient files, ensuring all documentation reflects current treatments and outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and contribute to multidisciplinary care strategies.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
