K-12 Academic Tutor and Mentor – Education

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic support, mentoring, and positive role modeling to help students thrive. Working on a diverse team, you’ll lead small-group and one-on-one tutoring, support classroom instruction, monitor student progress, and run enrichment activities. You’ll also collaborate with teachers and school staff while receiving robust training, coaching, and professional development in education, leadership, and social-emotional learning, all within a mission-driven, inclusive culture focused on equity and student success.
