Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of customized treatment plans as designed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring each patient receives individualized attention.
• Deliver hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercises and manual treatment techniques, adjusting methods based on real-time patient feedback.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring they feel empowered and informed throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records to foster communication within the care team and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position is on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. As our Physical Therapist Assistant, you will engage with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits
